No weight reduction in pregnancy,  Just eat healthy and balanced diet.

avoid oil, butter and ghee if possible.walk daily but avoid exertion. include healthy food like fruits and vegetables etc. in your diet. reduce salt intake. all the best.

dont think of weight loss now... think of healthy weight gain... which can be achieved with healthy eating and some walks
