Hey anon!Try to have seasonal fruits.Drink fresh juice only.You can include strawberries,tomatoes,green veggies like broccoli,spinach in ur diet for vit c<u>.</u>

If possible take fresh fruit juices. You can have mousami juice, pomegranate juice, apple juice, etc.

Packed juices are full of preservatives which is not good for u. <u>Go</u> for other source lime juice..
