Clean the area 2-3 times a day using a good quality wash. Change your panty 2-3 times a day. Take a lot of fluids like water, juice, lassi, chaach, milk, etc.

keep ur private parts clean by using a good vaginal wash. drinks lots of water. kai bar pani kam peeni se bi itching hoti hai. koi jalan ya dard to nai ho rahi ?
