Take syp evict 2 tsf at bed time. 
And if vomitings are too many go to it gyne .

During early pregnancy, vomiting is very common,due to Pregnancy hormones. 
Doxylamine succinate or Meclizine helps. 
For Constipation, good laxative should help you.

Take lots of fluids,,meet your dr soon..atleast connect online.

Hii I m facing issue to pass potty n facing a lotz of vomitting coz of which I m takg omden to stop vomiting..but potty nhi ho rh hai due to tht I hve hvg lotz of stomach pain n back ache n uncomfortable to sit also plz suggest sumthh
