First and foremost relax. In Fetal asictis in most cases it resolves itself prior to birth. This is related to excess fluid in the abdomen. Pleural effusion relates to excess fluid around the lungs. If this is minimal then it can be drained post delivery. And also causes will be evaluated so that treatment can be done. The doctor will monitor you and the baby closely to ensure that it does not increase. Please follow the doctors advice and ensure that you keep all your ante natal check ups as scheduled.
