im 4 month pregnant and i feel lots of hunger (1hour itself) is this normal and how can i manage?? pls ur opinions??!

Yes it happens but make sure you snack healthy avoid biscuits cookies and other junks. Opt for nuts and fruits

Its normal.. Keep some snacks handy with u.. Like almonds walnuts prunes sprouts salad even digestiv <u>biscuits</u> fruits.. U can munch on them. It will add to ur daily vitamin needs and keep ur hunger at bay
