im 4 month pregnant and i feel lots of hunger (1hour itself) is this normal and how can i manage??  pls ur opinions??!

Yes it happens but make sure you snack healthy avoid biscuits cookies and other junks. Opt for nuts and fruits

Its normal..&nbsp; Keep some snacks handy with u..&nbsp; Like almonds walnuts prunes sprouts salad even digestiv <u>biscuits</u> fruits..&nbsp; U can munch on them. It will add to ur daily vitamin needs and keep ur hunger at bay
