App healthy meal khao , ghar ka khana. Bahot saree leafy Vegetables jaise nethu, palak apne khane mein add kare. Dudh piye roj. Fruits khaye. Bahot saara pani piye. Coconut water piye hafte mein 1 baar. Pineapple n papaya bilkul na khaye. Jyada bahar ka khana na khaye.
