Hi @616d5a05ca67e40013aa9985 , I am not an expert in prenatal yoga, but from what I have read and heard, there are certain asanas that help to turn a breech baby around. But please check with your doctor before you attempt any of these. Inverted positions help a lot because that make the baby move around. 1) You could try a modified downward dog. Get into a downward dog and rest your knees on some cushions. Now slowly place your elbows on the floor while the palms remain touching the ground. Keep the back straight and your neck soft. 2) Try crawling very slowly on the floor. 3) Do pelvic rotations gently. 4) Cat cow pose or the combination of marjarasana and bitilasana. 4) Baddhakonasana or Cobblers Pose.
Apparently it's better to avoid squatting because that could make the baby wedge deeper inside the uterus in the breech position. You can search for yoga for a breech baby on youtube for a visual guide. But check with your doctor before attempting any of these. Also talking to the baby also helps apparently. No harm in trying. Who knows, maybe he or she might just oblige you..haha. Take care. You will do well. 😘 Thanks for the tag @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718

hello..
as @dr. sneha i. thakkar suggested,,, ECV is helpful if it is your second gravida, and baby is high-up position, water is adequate.. and doctor needs well experienced to perform this procedure... otherwise opt for squatting positions which helps in turning baby head down position.. some more yoga postures @63729cb62338f60015eaef4c will help you...
