What is the best time to pump breast milk & how much time its stay fresh? I m leaving for office at 8.30 am & come back to home by 7.30 pm
You can express it and keep it outside for immediate consumption. Rest can be kept in refrigerator. It will stay fresh. But as u have to start early in morning you can express some of it at night and rest in morning as it takes time to express milk.

Breast milk usually stays fresh 6-7 hours at room temperature and if it's in fridge then more hours.
