There are some granule like thing appearing on my nipples when touched feels like some sand type things and comes on fingers.
What are these ? Is there something to worry.. should i visit gnae ??

I have no idea dear..i just know that we need to wipe out nipples with cotton dipped in some oil daily after bath in the last trimester..and also massage the nipples outwards..hope you are doing it..<br>

I had the same and my doc said dried milk but it's best to check with your doc once

It might be dried milk. Coming off fm the pores. I doubt it's anything to worry but let a doctor inspect it.
