Hii mommies..here I come with some weight loss tips after delivery..first of all listen to your body and go slow. As most of us are breastfeeding moms so v need to eat smartly so that all nutrition can be reached to our child.. Don't eat in large portion and mind your portion because all you need to control your portion. Now the question comes what to eat and when..here I am sharing my diet with you all.. 1)Start your day with a fresh fruit especially banana or apple and eat it within 30 minutes after waking up.. I always keep this in my bed side..
2) After 2 hrs have a glass of milk with soaked nuts(apricot, walnut, anjeer, almonds etc) or you can have your regular breakfast like poha, upma,; dosa etc. 3) then as morning snacks eat some salad(cucumber, carrot, tomato etc. or again any fruit..at this tym I always preferred papaya..papaya helps in producing milk and keep your digestion good. 4) in lunch I love to eat 2 mixed grain chapati with Dal and Sabzi.. always have mashed chapati to produce more milk.. 5) in evening snacks I love to eat roasted makhana(foxnuts), chana,; peanuts or threptin biscuits with green tea.. sometimes vegetable sandwich too with brown or multi grain bread.. if you haven't eat dry fruits in morning you can have this tym too.. 6) before dinner eat some sprouts salad and then eat your dinner.. I preferred to eat khichdi or daliya which helped me to stay light and produced milk too.. 7) milk before bed tym..
Important tip- drink minimum 2-3 ltr water so carry a bottle with you all the tym..slowly it will become your habit to drink more water.. Do not eat before 2 hours..there should be a gap of minimum 2 and maximum 3 hrs between meals.. if you feel hungry then have buttermilk, green tea,; coconut water but don't eat before 2 hrs..; Have minimum 200ml and maximum 600ml milk..it will also help in producing milk for your baby!! Don't cut your cravings..if you feel like eating sweets or fried have it but don't overdo it and you shouldn't have sweets and fried on daily basis.. once or twice in a week is OK but no overeating!! I hope you all will like it and it will help you to lose that extra fat stored in your body..Next, I will share exercise tips for recovery of your body and how to enjoy detoxification while feeding your baby 😊 Thanx for reading..
