hi chaithra ... if it's severe cough ask ur doctor for nabulization which will relief congestion and clears the cough through motion. my doctor had said often use of nasal drops makes the mucus more thick later but for that time time it helps in clearing blockage of nose. better consult the doctor again as baby is too small. also cold n cough doesn't get cure soon, the medicines take time atleast a week or more than that.tc

hello, mere baby ko bhi same prob tha. doctor ne Nasoclear saline nasal spray diya. meine use kia. side effect nhi hai.yeh simple saline water hai. aap use kar sakte ho. bohut aacha hai. aap ise kitna bhi time use karo koi prob nhi. cough dhire dhire nikal ayega. bukhar hai toh crocin drops pila sakte ho.
