hii question for fm feeding mommies...can i give my 4.5 mnth old baby fm in his sleep...he sleeps for long and when gets very hungry then he put my nipple in his mouth for long...but if i give fm then he fall asleep nicely..after feeding i take him for burping but usually in sleep baby do not burp.. is it ok? or it may affect babys digestive system?
