hi jasveen, how are you feeling now? what worked for me was keeping myself distracted productively and doing stuff that i love - i would listen to awesome music, read a lot (later on, where <u>you'll</u> get the chance!), watched lots of incredible movies, and i also freelanced professionally from home. pls go out for walks every day and stay in touch with friends who uplift your mood. tc. this happens to every expecting mom :)

It&rsquo;s normal.. don&rsquo;t worry.. hormones play up during this time . Just take deep@breaths and go for long walks.. will help calm you down.
