In most cases, mild tummy cramps are a normal part of early pregnancy. They are usually due to the normal physical changes your body goes through as it gears up for carrying your baby. If you are experiencing cramps which do not allow you to move around or accompanied with spotting or bleeding, do inform your gynaec. Its best to talk to your gynaec about this symptoms that you are having as he or she can check if there is any underlying problem such as constipation, urinary tract infection or just a part of your pregnancy changes.
Take care. Trust your body.

I guess it is quite normal as long as you are not spotting or the pain is not unbearable
