hiii everyone....on my babies anomoly scan shows tat babyz ranal pelvic ws 3.3 n after 3 weeks dey don kub fetal scan on tat ranal pelvic ws 3.7 dey told not to wrry gradually it will becum less or if it is still der can given treatments only after birth n all ...m totally tensed off can anyone explain about dis

Yes your doctor is right.. sometimes the dilatation will get reduced.. pelvic dilatation is relatively frequent in the normal fetus... at present time this is not an issue... when baby is born, talk to pedea about the same , they may suggest an USG to newborn... if renal pelvis still shows dilatation then there is treatment... so dont worry..

was the renal pelvis measured on one side or both. can u share some <u>details</u>. 3.7 mm is not very significant. but ur doc will keep a watch on it. dont worry. most likely it will resolve.
