Hiii evry1, last when i visited my doc she said my TSH has increased its 4.96 do i need to maintain it??  does it affects baby in any way???

she has advised me to do the tsh tests again n thn consult her she will accordingly advise <u>doses</u>

ur TsH is on higher side suggesting u have an underactive thyroid. u will need to mainatain it at a lower level. thyroid levels do affect babies neurological development hence the need to take medication for thyroid problems in pregnancy. are u on medication? wht has ur doc <u>said</u>. there r various types of hypothyroidism, also important to know T3 T4 etc levels
