keep a check on movement if you feel it decreasing  call your doc... don't do anything which creates discomfort...last weeks are breathless sometimes....i was in such pain from 21st August and baby came on 11th September 😋

walking and water helps...

contractions are shooting pain from back to front.... unbearable and it increases badly leaving you breathless....it turns in labor pains if frequency increases like your pain will increase in similar pattern to every 5-10 min for few seconds...

sometimes it spreads in back sometimes only at particular point. sometimes I feel m.having stomach pain, I don't know wat to <u>say</u>
