Meri ek dost apne dono pregnancy mey ghar par b bohot kaam karti thi aur job par bhi but still usko dono c section hua aur dusri baat ye b k uska dono pregnancy mey thoda b weight gain nahi hua and wo sachme bohot mal nourished lagti thi jo mujhey kagta he long term me humari sehat k liye theek nahi he. Active rehna zaroori he but body capability k against jaakar nahi. Aaraam b karo aur kaam bhi.

sabki pregnancy different hoti hai Kuch log kafi active hote fir bhi difficulty hoti.And kuch ko complte bed rest bolte fir bhi easy hota sabkuch.Rest lena bhi utna hi zaruri hai jitna k kaam karna. Active rahne se ek fayda hota hai k back pain nahi hota aur aapka man bhi laga rahta hai.Jab rest karne ka man ho rest karo Jab lage k thoda walk karna chahiye walk karo and daily chores jo aap karte ho wo karo.Purane zamane k bas myths hai logic kuch bhi nahi.And most of all follow what your gynac says coz she is the one who knows your medical history and listen to your body.

Rest is important...u should rest and take care of urself...do walking and mild exercises as recommended by your doc...no need to do heavy work.
