Yes sure why not. Start with some light exercises like yoga or walking only for short time period and as the time passes you can increase the time period. These are the easy and comfortable and effective ones. Also eat healthy and nutritional food like more green vegetables, fruits, juices, salads and soups. All will help you outin loosing weight and also good for your and baby's health. Also avoid oily and junk food and drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. You can also take mamaearth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding completely. It helps in weight loss and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. My elder sister is taking it and find it useful but she is also doing all of the above.

Hi Maya better to start after 6 months, now you can go for walking then slowly start the exercises.
