Hiii...

Help me in my diet plan..

In morning I take nuts then coconut water one glass..

Then egg and breakfast with beetroot+apple+carrot juice.

At noon banana and milk.. then after few hrs lunch 3chapati ,dal,veggie ..

At evening tea with chapati and anar or orange

At night chapati dal veggie and final milk with protein powder...

Iron and calcium tablets daily ...

Add some dates, & oat meal is a very essential food in pregnancy, & as told by Komal u can have some home made chicken soup or veg soup with lot of green vegetables.....
