ohh but doctors have advised not to give cows milk till1yr. yes formula milk vl cause discomfort to my child during potty

I also have twins and I am giving them cows milk , they get heavy constipation with formula milk

It is best to wait till six months. Twins are also generally born a little early so the adjusted age is less than the actual age. Till six months it has to be either breast milk or formula.
