I too had a pain in my left hip... doctor said it's due to babies position n left side

No pain in a specific hip is not a pregnancy symptom however you may have slept in an uncomfortable position which has caused a muscle pull.At times if baby weight is more on one side more specifically in the third trimester mom may experience discomfort on one side.
