bm can be stored in fridge for 12 hrs.. nd baby ko dene se pehle use halka sa warm karle (to warm bm take hot water in a bowl nd take another katori or bowl in which put stored bf nd place that katori in hot water bowl) nd fm should be always preparred fresh.. u cant store fm.
