put pillows between your legs and than try to sleep on sides. its better if you sleep on your sides. elevate your legs while sleeping with pillows and join antenatal classes if you haven't if prescribed by doctor for learning exercises.

sleep on your left side . . use a lot of pillows . . I would keep one under my tummy, one to support my back and one under my left knee . . that would make sleeping a little more comfortable than normal . . just went through Sheena's article . . that's exactly how I mean
