hiii my baby twins are 4months old now. I have started cerelac rice since 1 week and they are eating well n going to motions well. can I start any fruits or hone made semisolid food like banana smashed with milk. plz suggest me
Please do not give outside milk such as cows or Buffalo milk till one year of age. Other solids also it's best to wait till about six months unless recommended by the doctor.
