though some ppl do experience loose stools before they go into labor it is not a specific sign at all. if u have any doubt, if u r experiencing back pain or reddish discharge pls go to ur gyn. fr the diarrhoea as well u will need ur doc to prescribe. while at home take lot of fluids (with salt n sugar) to makeup fr the loss.
