u can take hot water sekai bag also which is available in market ,where u can put hot (bearable) water then do sekai...or else what dhara said also works <u>well</u>

yes dear,&nbsp; have hot water massage.. <br> dip thick napkin in hot water, squeeze the same n put that napkin on ur breasts n nipples..&nbsp; it will be cured in a day..&nbsp; <br> i have done this so its n experienced <u>method</u>
