hiii..I have twin girl and boy..they are 2 months and 11 days old. I don't get enough milk and give formula milk.my son is putting on weight and drinks more amount of milk than my daughter...she is having cold since 1 month which is not reducing.shez also putting her tongue out very frequently and and reduced drinking milk...I am much worried and not understanding wat to do...she cries a lot too..

Put a drop of nesoclear in both the nostrils of baby. This will help to clear her nose. U can use these drops wenever u c her nose choked. My lill one was facing same problem of cold. But nw hez fine. Don worry doc suggested these drops. They r absolutely safe

yes cold is the reason. she may feel difficult to breath through nose cos of nose block. so the only way to breath is through mouth and that should be the reason for drinking less/placing tongue outside. hope you're giving medications to her for cold.

k thanks subah. but she is continuously placing her tongue out and wheezing is der. she used to drink formula milk better but now she's drinking very less..might be bcz of cold??is dat OK??

Don't stress yourself. have atleast a litre of milk everyday which can increase the milk secretion. have Mothers Horlicks. Include garlic in your meal. have baby corn by any means (sweet corn, corn Manchurian, corn pulav,etc) using breast pump stimualtes the secretion. so buy a good brand breast pump and start pumping after feeding your babies. no matter even if you get least milk, but do pumping cos it stimulates. (I'm using pigeon manual breast pump) and ofcos yes, you can feed the pumped milk to your baby. Don't even think that your milk supply got reduced. Stay positive :)
