It's normal for the bump to be smaller till about week 28 as the uterus is still low. as it grows and ascends in the abdomen cavity it will appear larger

Most probably after 25 weeks or in third trimester when fat develop in baby.<br> Do consider, every mommies' body is different so some shows less, more or even not at all bump (as per their clothings).
