Jab baby sota hain, aap nipple massage kariye using few drops of coconut oil, just hold the nipple and do massage outwards.. this helps in inverted nipples.. agar isse bhi sahi nahi hota hain toh, apne doctor ke paas jayiye aur nipple syringing karwayiye.. usse bahut jaldi thik ho jayega..

Ye inverted nipple bolte hain.. dont worry aap feeding ke time me, pehle accha support ke saat baithiye.. use cushions and pillows to support your back and also use pillows over your lap and place baby over pillow to have good height for feeding.. uske baad apne fingers ke sahaare, nipple ko pakadiye means black part ke saat, then try to feed baby..
