ya it happens. what worked for me was announcing early that someome was leaving. like papa is going to office. see now papa is getting ready ... now papa is packing the bag.. now.papa will eat his lunch.. and he is ready to go.. will u kiss and say bye.. say bye... get loud , and cheer on.. show enthusism... as if its a party ! n go out and say bye bye papa. i love u.. see u soon .. i miss u.. it took time.. but now works absolutly fine. my daghter herself goes out says bye and come back and closes the door. key is consistency. everytime.. with all ppl. repeat. keep.repeating.

hi dear my baby is also suffering same.as @63729cb62338f60015eaef4c rightly said it's separation anxiety , because at this stage they start understanding that you are leaving him , please try to talk to him while working, when u leave him engage him with toys , then come back and keep talking and encouraging him, baby will become independent after some time.

She is having separation anxiety. It's a perfectly normal developmental mile stone. Encourage her to play by herself. Surround her with lot of safe toys. If you leave the room keep talking to her. Let someone else distract her if she gets too cranky when you are not around for a moment. As she gets older she will become more independent. @6372999217d2c800158d8bec @5f6e04beabe65c0046932bb8

babies need a lot of attention and they need to be pampered a lot..so never regret to love n pamper your child...it will help her develop well both mentally n socially
