Yes...She needs attention but u can always find some interesting toy or activity for her to engage, kitchen set and chalk board are two which certainly engages kids... You just need to keep check she doesn't puts it in mouth...

They need attention its normal...But you can always say baby you are suppose to wait until you finish conversation then i will sit with you. If they still insist spend two minutes and give them a task to complete that will help
