Hi..Is it necessary to switch the breast within a single feed?? If so,when should we switch? My son unlatches himself when he is full and I can't unlatch him on my own in between.so not able to switch the breast.pls help..

You should not switch breast in one feed, let the baby unlatch on his own. Next session offer other breast.

No issues if this is the case then feed alternately..from each sides ..I used to do that as many a times she used to be full soon..
