Plz do feeding both breast .. nd u press ur brest urself my mil told me duth bhar jata hai to brest pain karte hai or baby ko jyada time tak duth nhi pilao to bhi dard hota hai ...

Check our feeding position...baby should be comfortable while feeding..

Mild pain will be there.. but still pump the milk and discard.. warm compressions helps you.. if not relieved then check with doctor once
