Hi...Mam thanks for giving your important time with us....mam want ask I had c section in January that time my weight 73 kg ....as of now my weight 65 kg how to reduce my weight....my baby is exclusive breastmilk.........

hi neha! since you have already completed 4 months , why don't start with walking? aim to do half an hour of walking twice a day. start slowly and see how you feel. check what you eat. we always eat more than we realize. you can have 6 meals in a day. include dry fruits, sprouts, milk, proteins through pulses, lean meat , eggs in your daily food. keep breastfeeding and check your weight every few days. after a month you can also start using 1 kg weights while walking. simple arm raises , arm circles will help. after 6 months you can start some sort of a workout routine. yoga, strength training, Pilates, swimming all are helpful. but make sure you don't strain yourself. whatever you start, first start with a short duration and see how your body feels and then increase. tc :-)
