Hi,my 9th month is running.i had my haemoglobin report.in that my platelets showed 139000

.normal range starts from 150000.M worried .m even I feel headache as usual nowadays.

Do have kiwi, figs <u>and</u> pomegranate daily these will improve your platelet count .....

It's in the borderinr dear..some people I know have even lower count than this ..talk to your doctor if your have doubts .; <br> Eat good food ..drink lots of water and relax the headache will be fine.; TC
