Hi...My baby is 10 months old now and I completely breastfeed him along with solids..When can I start to introduce cow's milk and my confusion is to introduce cow's milk directly or formula ? Also could u tell how to start with other milk gradually..should i breastfeed and as well as give other milk alternatively ??
