Hi..my baby is 5 months old. He didn't pass poop for 2 days, on third day when he passed I observed small red coloured thread like things. The poop was runny and yellow. He is on EBF. What could be the reason for it. I'm very much worried, please help.
Red thread like thing needs to be chked dear.

Talk to your doc to get a stool test done. better be safe. Red thread like could signify infection.
