question
Hi..My baby is 6 months old. I've started giving him semi solids. I'm giving him home made rice+daal cereal and fruit puree and breast milk. Should I give him store bought cereals like cerelac or any other food. I know they are fortified with Iron and other nutrients, but can't we provide the nutrients with home made food?

Yes you definitely can. If you are giving homemade cerelac, no need to give the market one then. Also sharing some more ideas with you. <a style="text-decoration:none" href="http://app.babychakra.com/article/209"><b><font color="#3b5998">Weaning Food Recipe (7 to 9 months)</font></b></a>
