Hi slowly reduce it, I weaned my daughter around 26 months, one day she was super tired and slept without milk , from next day I stopped giving. Keep telling her milk is over.

Ask your husband to put her to sleep, don't be around. Incase she drinks other milk, give her that milk with a pinch of nutmeg (helps get a sound sleep)
