check for urine, has to be minimum 6-7 a day. also if baby is satisfied after a feed, is active and gaining weight, he is getting enough feed. by saying baby is satisfied, i mean baby may fall asleep between feeds so you will have to wake him and feed till he is full. don't worry,most moms make enough milk for their babies... thanks for the tag <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @629847e308f7c30014119c82 </b></font>

with the urine output and weight gain. if there is 7 to 10 times of urine per day then he is taking enough milk. Feeding often is the best way to increase milk supply. Other than that , galact granules, garlic,fenugreek, fennel seeds also helps.. Have a healthy food.. Happy motherhood..
