hi...two months over after my delivery(c -section)...my weight is not yet reduced .suggest any home remedies and exercise . my tummy still looks like am pregnant . which belt is good for abdomen and how to choose it?

pls start walking 30 mins a day. its too early to get into intense <u>exercises</u>

two months...is too early for excercise...wait for another two months....<br>
u can go for light walks and take healthy meal...drink lots of water...<br>
it takes time to reduce tummy...
