6-7 month is the first month of weaning and the Moto is to make the baby like different flavors...you should start with fruits and vegetables...try steaming and mashing so baby can explore different flavors....points to remember<br>
use 3 day rule <br>
always give new food in breakfast so in case of any allergies you could see your pediatric<br>
don't focus on quantity<br>
Breakfast is enough for 2 weeks then you can try lunch too<br>
2 meals a day by 7th month
