For fairness u should wait as per ritu said n for dryness u can use Johnson baby cream 4 to 5 time in a day n specially before going to bed. It will make ur baby face soft. For body u can use same Johnson baby body lotion atleast 2 to 3 times in a day.

Pritha dear,dont worry about ur baby's complexion as of now,newborns skin is very delicate,just wait for a few months for ur baby to get the real complexion. Also,for her dry face,you can add few drops of almond oil to luke warm water and clean ur babys face with it,dryness will fade away..
