Aap routine Jo bhi activity karte ho wo karo thoda walking karo air squats, butterfly exercise karo agar pregnancy me koi complications nahi he aur apke gyneac me permission diya he tho it will help

Do ur normal activities. I suggest why don't u try to talk to baby. Baby can listen everything at this stage. Talk to him that u need his help also to come out to <u>this</u> world n talk to him about the correct position for delivery &#128522;
