It's normal. Jab a aap 9th month me ho, tab baby fastly puton weight hotha hai. Aur baby thoda neeche ke aur bhi Aatha hai. It's natural. Tab baithne, utne, chalne me thoda pain hotha hai. Careful rahiye. Normal ya c section, aapke health condition par depend kartha hai. Time par khayiye, Paani pio and rest karo.
