Don't worry , u can watch Ur diet and make up for this ..
Start eatinng more and more iron, calcium and protein. .baby needs these three essential nutrients more in sec and third trimester..
- so apart from supplements,include iron rich food daily like apples, pomegranate ,spinach, beetroot, raisins ..
-calcium rich food like, milk, eggs,paneer,
-for protein take milk, eggs, meat, <u>soya</u>, brocolli etc
U have to increase Ur healthy intake. ..<br>
