Hlo my baby is six month old and dr.advice me to start cow milk. but use severe constipation hai.plz suggest me something. Bhut zyada constipation hai.potty daily krna hai but bhut zor lga ke
once you switch back to formula the stoolx shouls become okay.make surs the formula is prepared in correct dilution ie 1 scoop in 30 ml water, if the constipation persists do write back to me .

if he has been on formula then you can continue that and start weaning him. i would not recommend cows milk till 1 year of age.
