My fondness for Holi rituals have only grown over the years. One reason could be the dull and lousy atmosphere created on almost every festival at in laws.;

If it's not me,there's no Energy and spirit in celebrations!;

Anyways,it's my daughters first Holi and she gets her first dry fruits necklace by her Nani maa. This is the ritual that our baniya clan follows,kids get the goodies wala necklace and they are made to wear it for Holi pujan.

So,Rehu also got to wear it,not sure if she likes it or not yet,but I would ensure I celebrate it the way my mom does every year with all zeal and the courage and happiness that she instills in us since my existence on the planet!;

So the Mom Daughter TRIO did the Holi pujan followed by binging on the prasadam.;

Charanamrit made with panch tatva and is always so yummy that I insist my mom to make some extra so I can gulp down an entire glass and she merrily do two extra glasses..

What a day! Happy happy wali holi,mom ke sath manane wali holi..

A very happy holi from the grumpy looking Rehu today ( she can't taste the charanamrit and Prasad and other festive food that her Nani is making today) and from two Happy Mommas ( Rehus momma and her mommas momma)..🎆🎈
